Happy 4th of July: Celebrating National Independence Day in the USA

I was surprised recently to realize that there has yet to be a commonly accepted Fourth of July workout. Sure, there are a bunch of gym-specific workouts floating around the internet, but nothing easy to remember nor easy to replicate. So, consider this simple Firecracker Workout, full of explosion and fire to your muscles. Light some FIREWORKS, celebrate, and enjoy your workout during this year's 4th of July holiday.


  • Start with 76 Barbell, Kettlebell, or Dumbbell Thrusters as quick as possible, but staying safe and tight - squat, stand, overhead press, and then repeat for 76 repetitions. The combination of a front squat into a press hits as many muscle groups as any other movement out there: shoulders, upper back, legs, glutes, and plenty of core. 
  • Now engage the Pump & Shred Beast Cardio workout with 33 exercises using single sets, super sets, and a cool down set within 45 minutes.
