Doc Blake's Fitness Boot Camps are similar to other challenge groups, which allows you to choose your own workout program and diet, with assistance as needed, but these Boot Camps have a bit more coaching and help with nutrition and motivation. Boot Campers follow these Rules and Guidelines. Join the Facebook group.
Doc Blake designed and personally uses the Pump & Shred program and encourages anyone looking to lose weight, increase strength, and/or achieve those "New Year's Resolution" to jump in with us Jan. 20th for the next Winter Fitness Boot Camp... JOIN and reserve your place by Jan.18th.
The Core Fitness & Training Boot Camp has an emphasis on achieving basic and beginner goals on a new or restarting a fitness journey. Individualized nutrition plans are intended to re-calibrate a boot camper's thinking and daily practices around eating. Workouts are designed via HiiT for strength and endurance.
This is a Fitness Challenge offered each Winter with strict coaching and motivation to get you on the right track towards fulfilling New Years Resolution and annual fitness goals. Group or individual workouts and a nutritional plan for 60 days is required.
It's common to hear that we're not as strong, effective, or efficient by ourselves; we need each other. Doc Blake believes this too, so he offers and welcomes group workouts as well as this special Boot Camp Challenge: Stronger Together. If you need and love a challenge from your fitness family, this boot camp is for you. Ask Doc for more details.
Doc Blake takes the best of two solid fitness programs and creates hybrid workouts combining the best programs for desired results of any boot camper at any fitness level. The use of Shakeology and other appropriate nutritional supplements are included and expected. Participation with accountability can be selected for 30, 60, or 90 days. This also works great at home.
Before joining a Step it Up Boot Camp, you need to complete one or more of the other camps Doc Blake offers. He needs to see your determination, work-ethic, and how you respond to success and set-backs. Step it Up is intense. Doc is a nice guy, but he's not playing during these sessions. You will get tailored fitness plans and high accountability.
