My motto is “Always here to help!” I want you to get into the best shape of your life and reach your fitness goals. That means I’m here to encourage and serve you with 40 years of coaching/training experience with elite athletes, families, and sports teams.

I offer a variety of programs and simple plans, which can help you, reach your fitness goals. No matter what the program or the arrangement, I recommend a weekly review of your progress. This can be accomplished through the following options.

Online Personal Training

Full access to my online training posts and workout suggestions can be used to custom designed your workouts as well as access to demo training videos.  You will have the option to schedule, post, and track your daily workouts with suggested apps, which I monitor.  Constant motivation and support is provided directly through the website.

One-on-One Personal Training

You will get a customized personal training program specifically for you and will enable you to achieve your unique goals. Each one hour session can be held in-home or at your local fitness facility. You’ll get the accountability and motivation needed for predictable success if we meet/workout face-to-face weekly over during a 6-week initial plan.

Personal Training Fees

Personal training packages are more economical, but individual random sessions are $50/hr.  I give personal training discounts if you purchase Beachbody products from my Beachbody web site. As a Team Beachbody Coach, I can help you achieve your health and fitness goals with over 40 Beachbody fitness programs. If you have not done so, Go to my Team Beachbody site and click “Join” as a club member (here’s the link for FREE or Full membership) and my Beachbody caching services will be quicker.  Honestly, I’m always here to help!

  1. Starter Package: $25/week for up to 2 sessions/week within a 3 month period, which includes on-site workout with coaching.
  2. Challenge Package: $500 for up to 30 sessions within a 12 week period, which includes on-site workouts with coaching, fitness assessment, individual fitness program designs, fitness/nutrition tracking, workout charting, and goal accountability.
  3. Elite Package: $1,000 for up to 60 sessions within a 12 month period, which includes on-site workouts with coaching, fitness assessment, individual fitness program designs, fitness/nutrition tracking, workout charting, and goal accountability.
