Mark’s love for fitness goes all the way back to his Jr High days. Sports were always a big part of his life, and being in the best physical and mental shape has continued to this day. When it comes to training others, Mark likes to focus on each individual and use many different techniques to help them reach their goals. Primary areas of focus (weight-loss, strength building, endurance and overall education on proper nutrition). “I’m confident I’m right where God wants me to be, helping others change their lives. There’s no greater reward” – Mark
